Table settings

In views displaying a data record table a tab with the name „Table settings“ is available.

Here you can change the order of individual columns and combine them in column groups, which improves the clarity of the table. Via the button „Reset to default“ you can cancel wrongly defined groupings.

Determine the maximum number of lines:

With the help of this function you can determine the maximum number of lines within one table line. Values between “0“ and “20“ are allowed, if you enter “0”, the maximum required number of lines will be displayed.

Open and close groupings:

If you have grouped by a column, all groupings can be expanded or collapsed.

Delete all filters:

If you have filtered by columns in the representation, all filters will be deleted by this function.

The current layout (view) of the table is stored and will be set accordingly next time it is displayed.
