Excel Export

In many table views, e.g. the view “Devices” or in the tab “Approved devices” in the structure view, you can export data records to Excel via the ribbon tab “Table settings”.

The following options are available:

•You can either export all data records displayed in the list or only those that have been selected by (multiple) marking.

•In Yes/No fields or control boxes the value “True” or “False” is displayed by default; this Boolean value can be replaced by any character string (e.g. "j"/"n", "x"/" " etc.).

•If required, the formatting of the data records can be transferred from the MDM.

•The excel export format can be defined like the fixed parts list format.

•In grouped parts lists the export of hidden rows can be prevented.
