Settings / Filter

In views with a record table a tab "Settings / Filter" is displayed.

Column settings:

Here the positioning and visibility of columns is adjusted. By the button "Reset to default" possible mistakes can be reversed. Multiple marking of columns is possible.

Number of rows:

Here the number of displayed rows can be set (0 - 20). If "0" is set the maximal used number of rows is displayed.

Display / collapse all groupings:

If groupings are defined they can here displayed or collapsed.

Delete all filters:

All filters are deleted.

Extended filter:

Here very complex filters can defined. Further information you find here: "Erweiterter Filter".

Excel / XML Export:

The displayed table can be exported into Excel or XML files.

Quickfilter:

In some views quickfilter can be set. Further information you find here "Schnellfilter".

The setting will be saved and when the view is opened again the setting is displayed.
