Creating universal approvals

Universal approvals are created by the OEM in the MFL- or project structure. In order to do so mark the MFL or the project and click on the register "Approvals" and the button "Add universal approval". Here the criteria for a simple or a RegEx masking are defined -> masking . Just as devices universal approvals are valid in the structure element wherein the were created.
