Requests and tasks (workflow)

In the MDM “Tasks / requests” is used to carry out specific workflows automatically initiating processes and to document these processes and their results.

The following processes can be started via the integrated workflow:

•General task for a device

•Request for MFL approval for a device

•Request for project approval for a device

•Request a device not yet existing in the MDM

•Request for acceptance of a manufacturer not yet listed in the MDM

•Request for further rights

•Sended token

In the dialogues the standard functions concerning the marked structure element e.g. "Detail view", "Contact person" or "Go to ..." are available.

These requests can be initiated in various views depending on the user’s right.

You can obtain a list of tasks referring to “me” as a user via “Ribbon / View / Tasks or Tasks / Requests / Display tasks”.
