Tokens

Before placement of the project order the corresponding users (suppliers) may be granted access to the approved components of a project structure via a specific authorization key (token). This access can be used, for example, to work out an offer. Tokens are time-limited permissions to access component data of a project structure that are normally not accessable for these users on the basis of the authorization system.

Via the ribbon tab „View“ and the selection of the corresponding structural elements in the project structure existing tokens and a list of the tokens’ addressees can be displayed after activation of the tab „Token“. The buttons in the ribbon tab “Actions” can be used to generate new tokens, delete tokens or copy them to the clipboard. From the clipboard the tokens can, for example, be inserted in an e-mail programme and sent.
