MDM Id assignment information

While searching the MDM-Id based on the imported data the following errors may occur. They are displayed int the column  "MDM Id assignment Info":

•Invalid MDM Id
If the "MDM-Id (import)" is not empty but not exists in the MDM.

•Manufacturer not found
In "manufacturer (import)" a manufacturer is listed not existing in the MDM. (The spelling of the manufacturer is regarded).

•Article number missing
"Order number (Import)" is empty.

•Device not found
In the MDM no device could be found with corresponding information "manufacturer (import)", "order number (import)" and "article / type (import)"

•Device not unique in MDM
Devices in the MDM were found but not decidedly  - an assignement was not possible.

If the search was successful the reason for this will be displayed as follows:

•found if: Order number (import) = order number
The device was found based on the order number.

•found if: Order number (import) = article / type
The device was found because the imported order number was found clearly recognizable in a MDM device in the column "article / type".

•found if: Article / type (import) = order number
The device was found because the imported article / type was found clearly recognizable in a MDM device in the column "order number".

Please note that always only one error message is displayed although several errors occurs.
