Mass data – clear-up

With the help of this function you can clear up undesired formattings.

The following functions are available:

•Delete word-wraps at the beginning

•Delete word-wraps at the end

•Replace CR by CRLF

•Delete more than 3 blanks in a row

•Delete blank at the beginning

•Delete blank at the end

•Replace CR / LF / CRLF by a selectable text

These functions are available for pure text columns only.

Via the checkbox in the first column data records which are not supposed to be changed by this function can be deselected.

The value of the column before execution of the function is displayed in “Original value“. The “New value” is represented in the column of the same name. The lines which have been changed by the function are marked red.
