Changes

When in the ribbon the icon „Changes“ is activated for a component in a component list, a window will open displaying the change history of this data record. Changed data fields are marked yellow. It is also possible, however, to have only those marked data fields displayed that have been changed.

By a click on the icon “Detailed view (changes)” the detailed view of the component or the universal approval is displayed. The data record cannot be edited here.

Caution!

As this function will store further data as from MDM version 2.x, it may happen that changes of a data record made before this point in time will not be displayed completely. It is also possible that you do not have all the permissions required to view the whole data content and thus will not be able to view its changes either.
