Select user

This dialogue has to be opened, if users are supposed to be assigned (e.g. in the case of requests). Partly, a multiple selection is possible.

Via “Search” you can retrieve a user registered in the MDM. For this, you have to enter the complete e-mail address.

If the OEM’s users have special rights, they may use the advanced search, which can be initiated by entering only 5 characters of the e-mail address.

If you have special rights, it is possible to indicate the users from your own domain.

By clicking on the button "Show responsible maufacturer" a list of  responsible maufacturers is displayed. So responsible maufacturer can be selected even if the complete mail adress is not known.
