No links to chapters

This report indicates devices which are approved in MFL or projects but not linked to a chapter.

In the area "OEM" user with according rights (e.g. "premium" manufacturers) can select one or the complete OEM.

In the area "Manufacturer" manufactures can select their own devices - OEM the devices of all manufacturers.

The report result is displayed in a device list.
