Duplicate devices

It shouldn’t happen – but it may happen that different data records of the same manufacturer have identical order numbers which may have an immediate effect on processes outside the MDM. In this case, the respective data records should be marked as "Errorneous".

In the area "OEM" user with according rights (e.g. "premium" manufacturers) can select an OEM. The result will be the display of the OEM specific fileds of the device.

In the area “Manufacturer” the device manufacturers can filter by manufacturer for their own data records and those of the OEMs.

In the area “Ignore in reports” devices can be excluded from the report via the control boxes “Locked devices” and “Empty order numbers”.

The report result is displayed in a data record list.
