Material approval lists (MFLs)

In a material approval list (MFL: the German abbreviation for “MaterialFreigabeListe”) plant operators define and list the devices, components and systems which the suppliers are allowed to use for the plants and machines to be delivered.

MDM_Structure

All elements with the exception of the element “MFL” can be structured freely. Below an MFL no further structural elements can be placed.

Via the tabs “Attributes”, “RTF”, “Documents” information related to the respective structural element can be shown.

In the tab “Approved components” those components are listed that are approved in the respective structural element and its subordinated elements.

The tab “Quick administration” is used for the operator’s own administration.
