Daily messages by e-mail concerning tasks with status "in progress"

The MDM sends daily a message to all users which have tasks with status "in progress". The message distinguishes between sender / recipient and the type of tasks.

Please consider that tasks with status "rejected" must be "finished" to avoid automatic repetitions of  these tasks in the messages.

In order to finish a task please proceed as follows: open the task view, open the task by a double click and click on the button "finish".

•im Status "In Bearbeitung (Absender)"

•im Status "Erledigt" und von Ihnen noch nicht gelesen

•im Status "Abgelehnt" und von Ihnen noch nicht gelesen
