Approval check

Imported parts list will be automatically matched against the actual status. The result is displayed in the parts lists entries - also by the function "Check parts list again".  

The following information are available:

•         approved (by universal approval or device approval) or

•         not approved

The requirement for a device approval is a existing parts list entry of the device. When checking an universal approval the parts list entry is matched against the MDM device data or against the import columns. If a parts list entry is marked "approved" by an universal approval an additional column "universal approval ID" is displayed. By clicking on the button "Show universal approval" the detail view of the universal approval is displayed.

The columns containing the result of the check are highlighted in red, also the results the MDM ID allocation and parts list check. The imported columns (CAD or Excel) are highlighted in blue.

Imported Excel parts lists can contain deviant entries than defined in the MDM (e.g. "Technical description"). For this reason some columns are doubled  - the header of imported columns is marked with "Import".

By clicking on the button "Compare to stored status" the parts list is matched against the stored status.
