List of tasks

In the view “Tasks“ all tasks and requests are displayed to the respective editor.

There are the following types of tasks:

▪QS check (to be edited by SCIO Automation only)

▪General task

▪New device

▪New manufacturer (to be edited by SCIO Automation only)

▪MFL approval

▪Project approval

▪Rights

▪Inquiry Task

▪Token
 

These tasks are sorted by type and listed in the corresponding tabs. In addition, all tasks are represented in the tab “All tasks“.

There are two possibilities to get the tasks:Es gibt zwei Arten um auf Aufgaben zu kommen:

▪My tasks - here I get my tasks as sender and recipient

▪Structure related - here I can get also the tasks of other recipients (if I have rights on the concerned structure elements)
